Our weight loss program is a simple, fast, and fun way to lose weight. This program allows the patient to work with the doctor to come up with an auto-pilot program with fast, permanent results. It’s an easy-to-know weight loss, detoxification, and healthy living program that is effective. Here’s the four weight loss program phases constructed to help burn off fat effectively:

  • Cleansing Phase (Days 1-7): This is when you start removing the impurities in your body to prepare to lose weight. During this phase, the weight you will lose will be toxins and excess water. This helps prepare your body to start burning fat.
  • Fat Burning Phase (Days 8-30): Staring on day 8, you will start focusing more on your metabolism now that the body has been cleansed. In this phase, your body will learn to burn fat for fuel instead of sugar. This is important for weight loss and for your overall health.
  • Stabilization Phase (Days 31-45): After completing the Fat Burning Phase, you will add in foods for 2 weeks that were removed in Phase 1 and 2 to allow the body to slowly get used to the good you’re reintroducing. This will help to avoid stressing out the hypothalamus. During this phase, there aren’t any supplements that you will have to take, except for the Blueprint Lean Protein. Once the 2 weeks has passed, you will have to choose between continuing to the Maintenance Phase (for those that reach their goal) or go back to the Fat Burning Phase (if you still haven’t reached you goal).
